Kroger Employee Logins

Published:

Kroger employees deal with four separate portals just to manage basic work tasks — and that’s not counting the mobile app. It’s one of the most fragmented login setups in retail, and it confuses nearly everyone, from new hires to people who’ve been with the company for years.

Here’s each portal, what it actually does, and how to get into it without losing your mind.

Every single one of these uses the same credential: your EUID (Enterprise User ID). It looks something like “ls00000,” a two-letter prefix followed by numbers. You receive it during onboarding, and it stays the same across all systems.

SecureWEB: Start Here

URL: sso.kroger.com

If you’re not sure which portal you need, go to SecureWEB first. It’s Kroger’s single sign-on page, and once you’re authenticated, it passes your session through to Feed, MyTime, and MyInfo without making you log in again.

Type your EUID and password. If it works, you’ll land on a dashboard with links to everything. If it doesn’t work, you’re probably dealing with one of two problems: a forgotten password or an expired one.

Kroger’s 90-Day Password Expiration

This is the number one reason Kroger employees get locked out. Passwords expire every 90 days, and the system doesn’t always give you much warning before it happens. One day you log in fine; the next day, nothing works.

To reset an expired password, you have a few options:

Use the self-service password reset tool built into SecureWEB’s login page. Click “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password,” enter your EUID, and answer your security questions. If you never set up security questions (common for newer hires), this route won’t work for you.

In that case, contact your store manager or department head. They can submit a password reset request through Kroger’s internal IAM (Identity Access Management) system. Some stores process these within hours; others take a day or two depending on how busy the admin team is.

Your third option is calling Kroger’s IT helpline though this tends to be slower than asking your manager directly.

Feed: News and Training

URL: feed.kroger.com

Feed is Kroger’s company intranet. Think of it as the corporate bulletin board: news updates, policy changes, compliance training modules, and required certification courses. If your store is rolling out a new process or Kroger has updated its PTO policy, the announcement usually shows up on Feed first.

You won’t use Feed daily the way you use MyTime, but you’ll need it for completing mandatory training modules that affect your eligibility for raises or role changes.

Login is through your EUID and password, or through SecureWEB’s SSO.

MyTime: Schedules and Time Punches

URL: mytime.kroger.com Powered by: UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)

This is the portal most Kroger employees care about day-to-day. MyTime handles your weekly schedule, shift swap requests, time clock punches, and PTO or sick-time submissions.

A known frustration: new employees sometimes wait 3 to 7 days — occasionally as long as 3 weeks — for their schedule to appear in MyTime after being hired. If you’ve just started and your schedule shows nothing, check with your department manager. Your shifts are probably assigned but haven’t synced to the system yet.

The June 2025 clock-in policy change added another layer of confusion. Under the updated policy, you can’t fix timecard errors unless you’re currently clocked in. So if you notice a missed punch from yesterday, you need to be on shift to submit the correction through MyTime. This policy has frustrated many associates, particularly part-timers who might not work consecutive days.

MyInfo: Pay and Tax Documents

URL: myinfo.kroger.com

MyInfo is where your money lives. Pay stubs, direct deposit setup, tax withholding changes, and year-end tax forms (including your Kroger W-2) are all here.

Current employees can access W-2s through MyInfo > Payroll > Tax Forms. Former employees have limited or no access to MyInfo — if you’ve left Kroger and need your W-2, contact Kroger HR at 1-800-952-8889 or wait for the paper copy, which Kroger mails by January 31 to your last address on file.

This is also where you’ll update personal details like your mailing address, emergency contacts, and bank account for direct deposit. If you’re changing addresses, do it here before leaving the company. Former employees who didn’t update their address before separation often have their W-2 mailed somewhere they no longer live.

The FEED App

Available on: iOS and Android

Kroger’s mobile app consolidates MyTime and MyInfo into a single interface on your phone. You can check your schedule, view pay stubs, and read company news without opening a browser.

The app uses the same EUID and password as the desktop portals. If your password expires (every 90 days, remember), you’ll get locked out of the app too. Reset your password through SecureWEB or your manager, and the app will work again.

One thing the app can’t do: complex MyInfo tasks like changing your direct deposit or adjusting tax withholdings. For those, you’ll still need the desktop version of MyInfo.

Understanding Kroger’s Union and Banner Differences

Kroger operates under multiple banners — Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Harris Teeter, and others. All banners use the same portal system (SecureWEB, Feed, MyTime, MyInfo), but your EUID and some internal processes may vary by division.

Union membership can also affect what you see in MyInfo and MyTime. If you’re a UFCW member, your benefits and PTO accrual rates may follow your local collective bargaining agreement rather than Kroger’s corporate defaults. The portals pull from the same database, but the numbers reflect your specific division and union contract.

What Former Employees Need to Know

Portal access gets cut off quickly after separation. Most former associates lose EUID access within a few days of their last shift. For W-2s, call HR at 1-800-952-8889. For employment verification, Kroger uses standard verification services — ask your new employer to contact Kroger’s HR shared services line.

Your Kroger company hub covers more topics including employee discount details and HR contact information.
